Overview

Boke Hiríhzim was founded durring the late 14th century in winter of the year 1260, by Jōshīsh Yātḩlärm 'Jade Zeni' Rä̌ Ya̋chī Cú̄shvoī. The establishment of Boke Hiríhzim was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Jōshīsh Yātḩlärm 'Jade Zeni' Rä̌ Ya̋chī Cú̄shvoī electing to pay people to resettle in Boke Hiríhzim.

Boke Hiríhzim was built using the conventions of Tauran durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Boke Hiríhzim is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Boke Hiríhzim is buildings are arranged arround a network of broad split-log ties streets which form a diamond shaped grid, where each diamond verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller diamond has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The city is the proud owner of a thick set of fortified walls fashioned from querried stone blocks. While not up to snuff for a fort or castle wall, the city's walls are naturaly much larger than those of forts or castles. Therefore, the construction such a wall is most expencive. Boke Hiríhzim's buget focused wall would serve its community well in battle in spite of looking unimpressive compared to castles and fortresses. Boke Hiríhzim's top tier civilian fortifications are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the city as needed.

A look around Boke Hiríhzim is like a look into a broken heart which long ago fell to corruption. There is no planning, no organization. Everyone here clearly goes about their own thing with little thought to anyone around them who isn’t selling something they need… unless of course, they would be an easy target for some robbery. The city has truly fallen to evil.
